I'm not sure if this is a video card problem OR a windows problem.

I'm currently using XP Pro and when I goto the "display properties" => appearance tab => windows and buttons (drop down) and change to Windows Classic Style and save the setting whenever I reboot, it comes back as Windows XP style.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
