DVD rw is not working

my dvd rw is not reading disc

Go to control panel/system/device manager and right click on your CD/DVD drive and click remove. Reboot you computer and let windows re-install it. If this doesn't work then your drive may be dead.

If you burned the disk then make sure it's finalized.
