GA-K8NF-9 Ultra Somthing wierd... need some help plz.

my hardware:
GA-K8NF-9 Ultra
AMD Athlon 3200 939 + ArcticCooling Freezer 64
2 X 512MB DDR400 Twinmos
H.D WD2500KS
Leadtek GF6800GS PCI-E
Thermaltake Mozart + MediaLab
Thermaltake TR2 420Watt PSU
Logitech EX110
Toshiba LCD 32WL66 via DVI to HDMI
Altec Lansing ADA880R via S/PDIF
NEC DVD-RW 4550A
CANON Pixma MP-150 via USB
Logitech WebCam via USB

i got issues... my computer started to move spasmodically
somtimes after restart.. somtimes after running winamp, wmplayer, explorer it just getting stuck.. the mouse moving slowley... the process in task manager are "eating" my CPU usage one after the other randomally... and when playing music it sounds like crap, its not a virus cause i did 3 format allready... and runing Up to date NOD32 and AdAware.
i tested the memory with MEMTEST and W.M.D = no error (run allitle slow when testing with Cache Disabled)
the PC temp's are: CPU=35 GPU=42 HD=38
1 thing i noticed is when i touch the NorthBridge Chip (nforce4u) its so hot that i cant leave my finger on it more than 2 second (tried to put a little fan on it... it was colder, but didnt solved the problem)
the last thing i notice is this (see picture)


i dont know anymore what to do... and i cant RMA nothing until i will detarmind waht is the problem...
plz!! help me...

I have the exact same problem, all my ram, vid card, hdd, psu is fine. It just randomly does it. I suspect it is a northbridge problem. But what?!
