What is the difference between Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit (Full) System Builder DVD 1 Pack and the usual professional 7 packs (Microsoft Windows 7 Professional)

I need to use internationally

Do you mean the difference between the Retail Vs OEM versions?

1. The OEM version is not transferable from one computer to another.
2. The OEM version does not have free (limited) tech support from Microsoft.
3. The OEM version is either 32-bit or 64-bit (Retail has both DVDs).

Other than that, everything else is identical. Both Retail as well as OEM can be used internationally.

actually oem can be trasnferd to another pc,

the only thing is after so many installs you have to ring up microsoft

you can install oem software on more than one computer but you can only have one activated copy at once
