Bold claim about graphic card quality

Came across the following statement on:

It's always nice to have quality, but do you think they are exaggerating? Are you really "guaranteed" hassle if you buy (say) a Sapphire or other cheaper branded card?

No, that's clearly a load of sh1t. You can have better quality and product testing, but there's no way it'll be guaranteed to fail.

I do agree that you need a brand for:
PSU
Memory
CPU( dont buy anything else then AMD/Intel 8)

Limitting it to 2 brand is total marketing bs

LOL, believe it or not Foxconn was said to be one of Asus' biggest competitors (Dailytech said this, not me) before Asus merged(joint venture) with Gigabyte. The joint venture will between Asus and Gigabyte will be complete in January and will be called "Gigabyte Union".
