MB for AM2 Opteron.. need a recommendation

Hi all,

I need a recommendation for a stable mb to hold an AM2 2.0GHZ Santa Ana opteron.
Max budget is no more then $100, board must have 4 DDR2 slots and at least 3 PCI slots.

Rest doesn’t really matter, no need for SLI / CS support.
