CBS Interactive (Cnet, ZDNet...etc.) would be up there. And probably IDG.
Basically useless sites that no honorable IT professionals would go and look at. They're meant for the general public.

The exception is probably Network World (part of IDG) that have some bloggers in the field of IT with exceptional skills.
