Does anyone know what to do if our cable box will not change from the channel "0". We were watching t.v. and it just shut off and we can't do anything with it now? Thanks

i JUST HOOKED UP MY DCT2224 AND THE REMOTE WILL NOT WORK, CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
