hi,

There seems to be a 24 icon limit to the system tray, Is there any
way to elminate this limit? I use a third party program to add icons
to the systray, and I seem to have run out of room, I've unchecked the
"hide inactive icons", unchecked, "Lock the taskbar", and I've turned
off the Quick Launch.... anything else I can do to force this issue?

thanks,
niteowl

Here's what you need to do. Go to start, run type cmd. Then type format c:
and you should be all set.

seems a little drastic And doesn't relate to the question. I used
format c: to fix a lot of things in the past, but only as a last
resort, and not just for a parameter setting of some kind, but for a
system error that couldn't be corrected. Wiping my hard drive would
accomplish nothing in this case, but thatnks anyway.

You've won a kill file, congrats!
