Computer 600w with all components except video card

IN TROUBLE,I had not planned to build a computer.However,this butt wad was to help and had me order a sapphire 4850 video card.Is there a unit with the 600watts,(if greater wattage needed or helpful I defer) with all internal component less video card? I do understand the air flow issue.I do not care if the tower is as big as a house,(I would prefer black.) The more cooling power the better. This unit was to be primarily for television and conceivably one of those "magic jack" type systems for telephone.Do any of those function well? Maybe I should eat the video card and buy a pre-built tower.Any and all suggestion concerning,buying tower minus v-card or a total pre-fab will be more than appreciated.THANKS MUCH!...NEOPHYTE
