Suggestions on new Core 2 Duo build ...

Hi, I need some advice on some parts for a new PC I'm going to be ordering in the next week or so.

Here's the parts I've chosen so far:

INTEL Conroe E6400 2.13GHz
Zalman CNPS9700 LED Copper CPU Heatsink 92MM Fan LGA775
ASUS P5N32-E SLI NF680i SLI
OCZ Gold Xtc PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-12 240PIN
EVGA E-GEFORCE 8800 GTS
Silverstone Temjin TJ07-BW Black w/ Window
OCZ GameXStream 700W ATX12V 24PIN SLI Ready

I want to push the E6400 to over 3 GHz (if possible). Please advise me if these parts are ok to do this.

I also want to know if I should spend the extra $100 bucks or so and get the E6600 ... the extra 4 MB of cache "looks" nice.

It wouldn't hurt you if you get the extra 2mb with the 6600. You get a faster CPU too.
