New system: how to OC?

Hi, guys! I have built many PCs but never ventured into OC until now. have successfully built: Asuz P5w -DH-Home, Zalman CNPS9500 fan, Arctic Silver; E6800 Extreme Core 2 Duo; VGA XFX 7600GT; 2 WD Rapter 1500s; 1 WD WD5000KS; OCZ Titanium Alpha VX@ 2GB DDR2 1000 PC2 8000;

Works fine at all stock settings. How to I proceed to OC? I see that there may be several things to do: adjust FSB; and tweak core voltage...
what about the memory sticks? Do I need to enter any data about them somewhere for max performance? How about the video card?

Can you point me to someone who has OCd this board and CPU?

New to this and need some pointers to do it right. Hoping for 3.8 to 4.0 GHz..
