My KDS monitor 17'' is running at it's max of 1280*1024 w/ 32bit color and 60 hz, kinda sad, but was cheap. Well anyways the monitor seems to fluxuate like get bigger and smaller by about a diamater of a centemeter about every 2 seconds, very annoying, know what could be causeing this? By the way it does this on more than one machine.
