Gender Change for PSU?

So I had an old case and fan that Id use but I through everything in and I see that the PSU doesnt have a 3 prong end for the case fan...it does have a 3 hole'd peice that is the exact same as the case fan has. Is there an adapter that I could get to rectify my problem and if so whats it called. My search have provided nothing but USB adapters.
