Help in OC! have problem

Guy! I jst OC my 3G to 3.6G! the max temp i think I get is about 56-58 degree using big typhoon. The problem I face is after I OC then when I watch movie which in compressed file like rmvb or avi then it will suddenly the screen will lag a bit. But I OC to play the NFSC whole day also no problem. Can anyone know the problem?

spec :
CPU : P4 530
motherboard: Abit AA8 Duramax
Ram: corsair perfomance value ram 256 X2

Try backing off to 3.4 or so and see if that still is an issue. If gaming works fine it is strange that video display is lagging.

hmm game doesnt feel lagging at all. Wat I mean is the video is when watching it will lag a little bit then smooth back it just happen every 3-4 sec like that. I have reduce the clock also same it jst the lagging is no so obvious. And one more problem is when i OC to 3.6G the pciE bus i want to fix it to 100mhz but it will hang straight. I have to set it to auto and it will auto oc to 112Mhz. Any idea on it?
