You sound exactly like Dell, you don't post some of the important specs. Motherboard type, ram manufacturer, ram clock latency, manufacturer information, monitor information, video card support (No, the Gf4 mx series sucks). You should get them to upgrade the systems or at least provide additional information about the systems.

heck knowin that all that crap is gonna be generic. otherwise a real company would never offer it for that kinda price. companies are out to make money, so obsvioulsy its generic or refurbed stuff.
