Well, here's what im looking for:
A Standalone TV-Box that can size the screen.
For example, lets assume i only have my dvd player and 15"lcd screen connected to the hypothetical tv-box, I'd like to be able to size my lcd screen to 12" or 10"...
Is there such a tv-box???
Thanks in advance

You want to scale back the picture size? Why on earth would you want to do that?

lol, because i built a projector that doesnt project the whole screen :P
hehe it loses like 1" horizontally and like 1.5" vertically..

Did you build it out of a TFT and an OHP, perchance?

Reply to mesarectifier

well yes.. hehe.
I built it as described on toms hardware... but the OHP is too small for the 15" lcd + the electronic boards of the lcd is hanging over the screen because the wire connecting the horiz and vert boards is too short to do otherwise... in other words id need a 12" lcd with a longer wire to connect the electronic boards.. or a standalone tv box that's sizable

Well in the real world a box like that would be almost useless, so I doubt you'll get one.

However, can you not use your graphics card's control panel, or the control panel on the screen itself to resize the image?
