Best program/BIOS setting for automated fan control?

I've got a question and I've not got an answer for it. What is the best program and/or BIOS setting for automated fan control? I've got and ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe mobo that supports Q-Fan & Cool n' Quiet. I would like my system to increase or decrease fan speed on my case fans and CPU/Mobo HSF's. I have a GA-965P-DQ6, but it may apply:

I'm using speedfan to control the case fans and the cpu fan. Based on temperature, it spins the fans up and down appropriately. It even turns the front 120mm fan off altogether when it isn't needed. It took some tweaking, but it works well.

Yeah speedfan is great for fan controlled fans even though it needs work, I use it to display the CPU temp in the taskbar, but I don't have an fan control fans.
