I just built a new system

and used the drivers that were on the CD.

the graphics card is a BFG 7600GT OC'

Should i go to the nVidia Site and use the ones they say? I just downloaded them.. it says 93.71 forceware.


When i go to my add/remove programs.. there's a thing that says Nvidia Drivers. no size or anything.


Should i Remove these and then install the Forceware's?

always use the last drivers, the last drivers are the one on the site.
I download all my drivers from he net (exept my lan-drivers)

Install the 93.71 and they should be fine.

The safest way is to do a clean install. So yes, unistall all old drivers before installing the latest and greatest from Nvidia.

this guy has a guide on the best way to install drivers for NVIDIA (also has one for ATi)

it's worked well for me
