P5W DH Deluxe restart after shutdown?!?

I just built a new system with this motherboard, 6600 core 2 duo, silverstone 17 and MIST 500W PSU etc.

Does anyone one why the system restarts after I have put it in shutdown i win XP SP2? The system is 100% off for 2 seconds, then it automatic boots up the machine again. I have to turn off the PSU to prevent this. When I turn on the PSU switch again the machine is ok and it doesn't boot up before I push the powerbutton.

Anyone can help?

I saw this question somewhere else on the Forumz... It's because two of the USB ports are configured to wake the system up. Aparrently you can disable this feature in BIOS, or simply use other USB ports. I guess you have something plugged into your USB ports?

I had my asus remote control device plugged into one of those 4 USB ports, but removed it later. Didn't work either.

2 of the other ports is my wireless mouse and keyboard.

I just checked the bios settings. No wake up functions are enabled. Any other ideas?
