Branch A
Internet Connection: PLDT DSL

Branch B
Internet Connection: Bayantel DSL

Branch C
Internet Connection: N/A

Connect Branch A and B thru VPN using DSL and Use Fail Safe Connection thru wireless.

Problem: Since Branch A and B are connected wireless when Branch A experience an internet interruption it will get its Internet Connection from Branch B and Vice Versa.

Question: Is it possible to use a load balancer to add the internet connection from Branch A to B using wireless and Vice Versa.

Note. Branch C will get its Internet Connection from Branch A. It will only act as extension of Branch A

Yes.. it's call unequal cost path load balancing... the challenge for you is to figure out how to make it work.

That would require rediculous network rigging. Load balancing connections at the same site is hard enough, adding different sites to the equation would make it insane. I dont think it would be a good cost/benifit ratio. The money used to try and make it work could be used to just get a faster connection.

I'm thinking you have other ways to do this and cheaper..

Do you have any servers running?

Can you explain it a little more on what exactly you want to do?

I'm thinking you want each location to have access to both internet connections should one go down?
