Overclocking my AMD Athlon 64 3500+ venice,

Hi, i overclocked my CPU up too 2.7 GHz, it crashed with a blue screen so i changed it too 2.5 Ghz,
Anyway... when upping the MHz my MEM and HT changes aswell.

Is there a way too prevent this from happening?

I have your CPU. It runs very cool and stable at 2.5 GHz using the settings in my sig. I haven't tried higher; if I wanted to, I'd lower the divider and raise the HTT, keeping the memory speed about the same with tightest timings.
