Webcam with mic on top of LCD

Hi,
I am looking for resonably priced webcam with build in mic for MSN Messenger
that would be possible to set on top of my LCD.
I think of Creative or Logitech since they are quite common in Europe but
their cheapest models are not really for LCD. And those like NX series from
Creative or Quickcam 4000 from Logitech seem to me too expensive.
I am a little affraid of choosing other producers.

What would you recommend? What vendors?
What is your opinion on CMOS and CCD sensors in webcams? Is it really
important if using messenger?
How about autofocus and light sensitivity? Is it practically noticeable?
