I am trying to set-up a biz on the Mexican coast installing
inside-home remote viewing on empty-11-month-a-year houses.

For this I need :

- a self-rebooting troubleless network camera (lots of powercuts in
Mexico)
- a direct connection to the dsl modem, no router in-between
- a way to attach a dynamic IP to some fixed IP number
- if possible allowing 1 lux / 100.000 lux
- straight-forward to install (I am not a geek by any mean)
- supporting FTP (1 picture every mn)
- budget : 300 usd max

Would you please advise any webcam having all above requirements ?

Best regards

Phil
