My computer suddenly does not post, monitor does not turn green. I change the graphic card to the old computer and use the old graphic card in the old computer for my new computer. The new computer post normally but the old computer does not post after a couple of beepings.

Clearly something is wrong with graphic card. Is it just dead and nothing could be done or we can have some "clear" like CMOS clear for mainboard.

thanks.

You probably bricked it. You can try searching for an app that will reset the card's BIOS (though I'm not aware of any... maybe an updater from the manufacturer would reset it), and examine the card to look for a burned out resistor that you might replace... but if you burned out a resistor, my guess is that you burned some other stuff too, so you might be wasting your time fixing it.
