ok, I would like to know which of the following PS's you recommend (they are from local stores, and ETA is important so I haven't check the online stores)

I am not running dual-core or PCI-E cards, but I do expect it to last long [Which I am running this rig for 24/7 for ~2 years perhaps]

The PS calculator gives ~530W given all the safety factors, so here is the list that they have :

Antec Neo HE 550
Antec TrueControl II 550
Antec TruePower Trio 550W
Enermax EG565P-VE
Enermax EG701AX-VE
Enermax Liberty 620W
Thermaltake TR2 550W

Any ideas would be appreciated.

well, I have something of the order of:

Athlon Tbird 1GHz (Occasionally) OC to 1.33 GHz
Asus K7V133C
512MB ram
ATI All-IN-Wonder 9800 Pro
SB Live 5.1 digital
2 floppies+1DVDROM
1x40G Segate PATA HDD
1x 80G Maxtor PATA HDD
4 case fans from Coolermaster

(it should use a bit less than 400 or a bit more but the aging is the more of a problem b/c I run this 24/7)

but if any of those sounds fine, I'll get one of those on Monday.

Both of the Corsair units will fill the bill and they have a 5 year warranty.

turns out that none of these will work because my MB complains about the -5V being off spec because ATX 2.2 deregulates the -5V rail 8O (although the devices should not have a problem, the annoyance of the error pops up during POST is apparently not suitable to computer illiterate people who mostly use this rig)
