i decided to try overclocking my athlon 64 3000 - skt 754

my system specs are -

Foxconn k8s760mg6lrs (skt754)
2gb crucial pc3200 value ram
athlon 64 3000 (with stock cooling ) 8O
6600gt agp
500w antec smart power

i managed to get to 2100mhz with 210 fsb and i am currently running a stress test. i was wondering if i should go any higher as i am not sure if the ram or cooling will be able to handle it and i dont want to kill my comp. (current temps are 58c at full load (prime 95 torture test) and 51c inside the case.

mine was a venice, what i did was to raise the FSB to 267Mhz and set a RAM divider to 333Mhz and lowered the FSB to 3x

since yours is a skt 754, you can up to FSB to 267, set RAM to 333 or lower (depending on your RAMs rating) and set the multi to 3x or whatever that keep the FSB at 800 or below

then check for stability
