Pc wont finish booting

windows starts to dl everything and restarts a couple of times but dont go to desktop setting u for the first time

Was windows running just fine before or is this a new install?

Could be bad RAM that caused a corrupt install. Could be a virus that corrupted Windows. Could be a bad video card or power supply?

Run memtest86 to rule out bad RAM and we can go from there.
