connecting front case audio to P4M800PRO-m478

how do I connect these:

The manual doesn't say what connector goes where.

I figure that the p4m800pro-m (which is mentioned in many posts) is quite similar to my board and that the audio is in the same spot.

can anyone help?

Also, since this has to do with the case, what is this:

and is it necessary for my P4?

To me, it looks like it is blocking airflow to my 120mm rear case fan (most cases have 2 80mm fans where this one sits).

I apologize for the blurriness of the pictures, as that's the best my cheap digital camera can do when zoomed in.

Don't bother replying to this any further, i got it working after some trial and error and much rebooting.

Also I think this forum is quite dead. No one answered my posts in here or any in here since I joined.
