Ok, where is the best place to put my Vantec Tornado. I have it used as an intake for now, but I also have 3 more fans. 2 on back, and 1 on side. Where will be the best place to put it for the best results?

Exactly. I also have one for the side vent over CPU and GPU. I want to know where is the best place for the best cooling. This thing moves a lot of air, probaly 2x more air then my other 3 combined. The other 3 are only generic brand.

My case is a little cheap, I had to sacrafice it to make my system more powerful. It got four slots for 4 80mm fans.

You want to have the same amount of intake CFM as exhaust. So I would guess youll do better placing two exhausts at the back, the tornado in the side panel and another intake at the front. You should experiment with the the front one in intake/exhaust, but chances are itll be better intake.
How bad are those 65dBs? lol

Thats the problem, the ratio, intake/outtake is not equal.

The sound is ok to deal with, I will be getting a fan controller soon along with another TORNADO. Its actually 55.2dba on newegg.

Ill try with the TORNADO, on the side panel tomorrow, along with the exhaust. That way it blows 84.1cfm onto the cpu, gpu and mobo, although I dont have the gpu yet, nor ram.

Only thing I am scared about is how the plexiglass will hold up to the TORNADO, it will probaly vibrate more than I want.

Have you seen the 92mm version? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811999613

I don't know how to make a hole at the top. If you have a site that tells you how, let me know. I will probaly place the TORNADO at the bottom exhaust today.

Just get a dremel to the top of your case. Most local computer stores can also do the mod for around 20-30 bucks easy...

I'm planning on gettings this fan to supplement my Antec nine-hundred:

I'll move the exhaust and use that as an intake for gfx and whatnot, and that fan will be my rear exhaust. Between that and the 200 CFM fan on top and my PSU... thats around... 450 CFM of exhaust...

And I only have about 150CFM of intake... hmmmm... I see a problem here...

I think I will put it on either the exhaust or side. I will have to see what keeps my system cooler during game play. I still need to get all the parts.
