Microsoft Xbox Suppot Sucks!!!

This isnt a question, this is a stated FACT.

Have you ever tried to get support from someone that has no idea what they are talking about? They type something into a computer and repeat what it says...

I swear if someone hacked into the Microsoft Support Help Line and typed in something like... "If you are experiencing the 3 red rings of death, then I am a douche bag" they would repeat it word for word.

I dont mind dealing with somewhat unknowing people I wouldnt mind. They might even learn something from the call. But these people do this for a job, and not just a job, a job they do all day probably 5-7 days a week.... You would think they know what something is without typing it into a computer.

I hate microsoft. Feel free to express your anger for this if you feel. It made me feel a little better.
