Need Help to end with 3.8 for my PD 805!

I just got my P5NSLI today! I want to overlock my Pentium D 805 to 3.8!
I end up with 3.5Ghz( this is the highest so far)
FSB:700
RAM: 677
Temp:55C

Can I go more than that?

We need more information than that. What RAM, what GFX, what cooling are you using? There is more to OCing than just the CPU.

What is your vcore set at? What are you memory timings? What RAM do you have? RAM voltage?
