I just spoke to HP Quality Case Manager – Jim Deatherage about the issue I'm having with my Pavilion zv5000. Outside of a formal comlaint there is nothing I can do. If you have had an issue with your HP Pavilion zv5000... CONTACT HP. Jim Deatherage can be reached @ 1-877-917-4380, ext. 08. They will not do anything about it unless everyone with a power problem contacts them and makes a formal complaint.
