Wife says i am a video game addict

I just bought my i7 gaming rig and stuffed it with games to the gill and playing them but now my wife says that i am a video game addict.

How to make her understand that this is a new pc and it will take some time for me to get over it ?. Also gaming was the reason we both agreed to buy this costly pc in the first place. Meanwhile i have stopped playing games in this pc. How do u tackle ur wives in this situation ? Suggestions please.
