It seems like microsoft would provide drivers for their own devices either buildt into the OS or on windows update. Have you tried plugging it in and letting windows search for a driver (and search windows update as well)?
What windows version are you running? XP has a built in wireless config/location utility so you dont need to install one.

Microsoft Broadband Network Utility
If you lose your Microsoft Broadband Networking CD and you have to install the software on a new computer, download the contents of the installation CD. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=33104 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=33104)

The MN510 driver and network utility are contained in this download. Once you begin installation you will have a choice of drivers.
