first time build- opinions please

Hi everyone.
I was wondering if anyone could reccommend good tutorials that are on the net for first time builders. I have read a lot but thought a bit more couldn't hurt. I'm about to buy my bits, but can only afford minimum at the moment till i save more for better at a later date. Thought I'd start with something that I can change or update at least. As my old P3 is just about on its last legs and I dont think anything other than my new DVD burner is interchangeable with the new one. Other than the monitor and stuff like that of course.
What i have planned
Asus M2N-MX
AMD Athlon 64 AM2 3200
1 gig RAM Kingston (2x 512)
Seagate 200GB SATA2
+ cheapy case for now.

Any comments would be taken on board.
