hey.
i have a really old intel cpu i just salvaged from a dell, im making a keychain out of it and am in the process of stripping it of its pins, theres some thermal paste/tape thats been on there for 5+ years now and wont come off, how do i get it off? ive tryed everything from a sponge with soap and water to steel wool, nothings working.
crappy pics, but see what i mean?
oh and anybody have a clue to what kind of cpu this is? i cant figure it out, since there are no markings on it, and i just took it out of the board and started to hack away at the pins, no time to see what it was.
thanks in advance.
