Currently I'm running on...

ASUS P4PSE800 Motherboard
P4 1.7 Ghz
512 MB of RAM
nVidia GeForce FX5200
WD2500KS, 250GB, 16MB Cache, SATA II
Hitachi Deskstar 80 GB ATA150
Creative X-Fi Platinum w/ front panel
D-Link Wireless Card
Haupauge TV-Tuner
Memorex DL-DVD Burner
Sony DVD-ROM
Apevia X-Cruiser Case
Ultra 400W PSU

I'm planning on upgrading the Motherboard, Processor, Memory and RAM because basically everything else is pretty solid. I'm thinking about...

ECS NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
A-DATA Vitesta 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667
BFG 7600GT

I am still in the air over the mobo, I plan on overclocking the C2D, but I need a good overclocking mobo. From what I've heard nForce 5 is not to good with that. SLI capability is not a must. Also if I am overclocking should I get DDR2800 instead of 667? Or if you guys can build a completely different set-up that'd be great. I need at least 3 PCI card slots.

How about the GIGABYTE GA-965G-DS3 for about $151 including shipping.

I have no experience with the board since I'm using the MSI 975X Platinum.
