First Overclock (E6400)

I just built my new rig (see signature), and am overclocking for the first time ever (mostly because this is my first computer that's really capable of it). I grabbed wusy's overclocking guide and changed all my settings as specified, it worked great, no problems, booted right up.

I'm currently torture-testing with 2 instances of prime95, temps are pretty steady between around 50C (as measured by CoreTemp) with all my fans cranked (a little noisy...).

Is this about right for the CNPS 9700 with this overclock?

How long did you have prime95 running for those temps
