2nd Build. Need Help on my rig. Not sure about ram.........

Well this is my rig so far:

-Conroe E6600
-Western Digital, 250GB 24/7 7200RPM
-P5N32-SLI Premium
-PQI DDR2 800MHz Turbo Dual, 2GB (2*1GB), 5-5-5-15
-Antec Nine Hundred
-600W Thermaltake Toughpower
-Sparkle Calibre 7950GT 512MB

I'm mainly concerned about my ram, motherboard and PSU. I just need some help on these three components. Are there any compatibility issues, etc???

PQI also have a DDR2 667MHz version of the turbo dual memory. Would that be sufficient? The model name is below:

PQI DDR2 667MHz PC5400 Turbo Dual, 2GB (2x1GB), 4-4-4-12

if you can afford DDR2 800MHz, i would suggest you get it, cause ocing c2d to 400mhz is a piece of cake(even on stock cooling).

wouldn't get PQI for ocing though, corsair oces very well 8)

everything looks fine to me. i wouldn't buy 7950GT thou, because it will go down in price pretty soon. dx10 is out and even thou it will take some time for games to pick it up, it will happend. so if you can afford a g80 go for it; gts or gtx(they both put any dx9 card to shame).
