Black screen windows 8

Hi guys, i have a compaq laptop cq60-410us, nothing to fancy and i installed windows 8 after 2 years of using windows 7 with no flaws. I installed windows 8 in a clean installation, (no upgrade) and whenever i want to turn on the laptop it stays with a black screen with no cursor whatsoever but after i hard reboot it by pressing the power button on the laptop and letting it shutdown completely and turning back on again then everything boots fine, i have never seen this behavior neither on my other laptops or other desktop pc's that have windows 8. Any answers deeply appreciated. And please do not aks me why i went with windows 8, as anyone else i just wanted something new on the windows side. While using windows 7 i never had this sort of situation.
