Difference between AGP XFX 7600GT and XFX 7600GT XXX Edition

I am considering buying either of the above two stated cards and wondered if there was any real value purchasing the XXX edition which seems like a simple OC and nothing else. If someone can correct me and prove me wrong, please do.

You will see some HARDCORE action with the naughty edition...

From what I read it's a simple OC, maybe different bundle. Not worth more then 5$ extra to me

Can the OC be performed by anyone or is the OC they performed extremely hard to replicate ?

10 mhz on the core is a real joke

And I think the 100mhz on the memory should be easy to do.
I would think it would be easy to replicate/surpass...And that the extra performance would be minimal.
