Any difference: Samsung P80 and p120 models?

silly thing, was just about to buy a quiet Samsung SpinPoint 250GB UDMA133, the manufacturer's number is SP2514N yet it's listed on different etailer's websites (with this number) as either p80 or p120, is there any difference at all? I thought I was buying a p120 not that I know the difference, any advice appreciated, thanks

there are differences in capacity.. though looking at that i have no idea how their naming scheme works...
