Hi, i will buy two new parts

* POWERCOLOR AX4770 512MD5-M Radeon HD 4770 512MB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP
* Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 Wolfdale 2.8GHz LGA 775 65W

Actually my PC is:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 530, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
Mobo: ASRock Wolfdale1333-D667 (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN)
Chipset: Intel Lakeport-G i945GC
Ram: 3072 MB (DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM)
DIMM1: 2 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz)
DIMM3: 1 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz)
BIOS: AMI (03/14/08)

Video Card: RADEON X800 Series -Secondary (256 MB)
Acelerator 3D: ATI Radeon X800 GTO (R430)
Monitor: Acer AL1714 [17" LCD] (ETL1809102)
Power: PurePower 430W Thermaltake

My questions are:

1. 430w is enough to move the two new components?
2. The processor e7400 is capable of handling the 4770 graphic card?
3. What are the biggest bottle necks, after changing these two components what are the nexts changes?

Sorry about my english, i'm studying and thanks a lot for your answers.
