does anyone have a favorite silent card (passively cooled) that supports hdmi, hdcp, and video hardware acceleration (either ati's avivo or nvidia's purevideo)?

i am trying to make my pc silent so that i can leave it on all the time. when i leave my computer on right now it is audible at night and i would like it to be silent. i already have a scythe ninja, which i can use passively to cool my cpu, and if i get a silent video card i can be completely passive (except for my psu fan, but it is an extremely quite 120mm fan). i bought an arctic cooling ati silencer for my x850 xt, which is good, and fairly quite, but emmits a high pitch whine which is really annoying at night.

i want a card that is completly passive and supports everything i need to connect it to my home theater later if i want. the only game i would want to play on this would be cs:s, so the performance criteria is pretty low.

let me know what you think

While cards supporting HDCP (HDMI) have been announced none are available yet.

The only one that is expected to be passively cooled is the Gigabyte GeForce 7600 GS HDMI.
