Curious about how much capacity people have.
Not worried about SCSI or RAID... just USABLE capacity on tap. (can include detachable drives, but only if they are in regular use)

What has a hamster to do with GB? I hope you aren't talking about hamster porn?

Are you asking for total available on my main computer or on all? They are all in regular use.

Reply to Stain

I've got a 60gig 120gxp, a 40gig WD; and a 6.4gig IBM and 5.7gig Maxtor running software span under NT 5.1.

I've been considering setting up a software raid0 with the two old drives, or possibly a hardware raid0 with my promise chip.

The debate continues; I like to use those drives to get cr@p off my fast drives...

Sama capacity isn't important with those drives, you will lose just 1GB. But better be sure they have about the same speed I think.

hehe... it didnt start that way
initially i had the 60gxp and an old 16gp
the 16gp was retired, and i got the maxtor 80gb for my growing porn/mp3s/divx/dvd/utilities.
then the 60gxp slowly died, so i had to look around for another drive...and low and behold i spotted a 800JB sweetie, just had to get it for the performance!
