Hi,

I am about to get a Nvidia 680i mobo.
What's the best memory that I can get for this expensive mobo.
Don't mind spending the bucks.
I am not a huge oc'er but might want to try it later.

I want 2 gig of RAM that's super fast and reliable and goes up to the FSB speed the Striker supports.

I need them to work out of the box though since I am not that familiar to change timings in the bios.

Thanks

The speed and timings of the memory will be only proportional to the overclock you want to maintain. Nothing to do with the motherboard.

Based on your topic I would recommend the IN9 for its Digital VRMs and because it might have a more accesible price once it retails. Besides the Striker isnt shinning as bright as expected (but Asus has a reputation to fix their BIOS later on).

They will work out of the box but its unavoidable that you will have to change all the SPDs to the advertised specs.
