P5W DH Del., E6600: Can't change from 266 MHz or 9x?

Does anyone know why I can't use the BIOS (v.1602) to increase the CPU frequency beyond its default 266? Also, I enabled support for multiplier changing, but I can't change it! With both of these options, I hit enter to change, and nothing happens, no list of options pops up. But I can change the memory speed between DDR2-800, DDR2-1066, etc. and the various voltages and timings.

Am I missing a BIOS setting that enables this? What's going on?

You need to change OC Settings to Manual, There are no "Menus" in the FSB and Multi Settings, you have to type it yourself.

Do you have Num Lock LED lit???
