Computer shutting down...

Just purchased this motherboard to replace a dead one.

I'm having a strange problem. The computer will turn on and post. It sees the memory, the CPU and drives. But then it will randomly shut off approximatey 15-20 seconds after I start it. Even if I let it sit in the bios, it will shut off. It's grounded as far as I can tell. I've swaped power supplies, and tried running it on bare bones. Any idea's?

The problem could be heat. I've had the exact same thing happen before, and a little AS5 did the trick.

Yeah I was going to say heat. Try checking to see if your cpu heatsink is set properly, and if you used thermal paste, check to see if you used enough. Other than that, I have no clue.
