I was wondering if this is a good motherboard for overclocking. I plan on upgrading my current processor to an Opteron 165 or 170 (haven't decided). I'm sticking with 939, because I don't feel like shelling out 200+ dollars on DDR2 memory.

It seems to be a great deal at 90 dollars. Most reviews that I see give it nothing but praise. Before I ordered it, I just wanted to ask around.

Is this a good dealio?
